About
Jitendra Goyal is an Assistant Professor at BIT Jaipur. He is an esteemed member of IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, and SCRS Society, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the field of computer science and engineering.
Jitendra's research interests lie in Blockchain Technology, IoT Security, Information Security, Cyber Forensics, and Computer Networks. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at the Turing Research Lab, Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) in Jaipur, India, where his thesis focused on "A Secure Framework for IoT using Blockchain Technology." His research involved exploring the adoption of blockchain for healthcare IoT devices and Ethereum smart contract deployment, as well as utilizing Raspberry Pi-4 for IoT infrastructure and IoT health-monitoring sensors to capture real-time data.
Throughout his academic career, Jitendra has published several research papers in international conferences and journals and has a patent titled "Blockchain and IoT Based Electronics Health Record Device".
In addition to his research achievements, Jitendra has also served as a Guest Faculty at various institutions, including IIIT Kota, MNIT Jaipur, Sardar Patel University of Police, Security, and Criminal Justice in Jodhpur, and MBM Engineering College in Jodhpur.
Jitendra's dedication to his field has earned him several achievements, including being selected as an Assistant Professor under the NPIU TEQIP-3 (World Bank sponsored project) and qualifying for the NET (National Eligibility Test) and GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examinations. He has also obtained certifications such as Cisco Certified Networking Associate, showcasing his expertise in networking and security. As a lifelong learner, Jitendra has participated in various faculty development programs.
