I am Professor of Microbiology at the High Institute of Public Health, Alexandria University. I am interested in AMR, infection prevention and control, diagnostics of mycological infections, and investigating alternatives for antimicrobials, seroprevalence studies, among others. I am also a member of the Infection Prevention and Control Committee, Alexandria Medical Syndicate. I am a reviewer for several scientific journals.
