About

Dr. Mrunmayee Daithankar is a dedicated researcher, writer, and educator with over a decade of experience spanning research, teaching, and educational engagement.

She earned her Doctorate in Electronics Engineering in October 2025 from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, after completing her Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering (2014-15) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (2011-12) from Solapur University, Solapur.

In recognition of her research potential, she was awarded the prestigious National Doctoral Fellowship by AICTE, New Delhi, in 2018.

Her scholarly contributions include multiple research papers presented and published on reputed national and international platforms indexed in Web of Science, Scopus, and other recognized databases.

A proud GATE (EC) qualifier, Dr. Daithankar achieved a 75 percentile in 2016 and an exceptional 93.57 percentile in 2024, reflecting her sustained academic rigor.

She has been consistently recognized for excellence in learning and professional development, earning multiple accolades from IIT Madras, including NPTEL Superstar (2023, 2024), NPTEL Discipline Star (2024), and NPTEL Enthusiast (2024), awarded for outstanding performance across 15 NPTEL courses conducted by various IITs.

Her achievements also include the "Young Achiever Award 2023" conferred by the Institute of Scholars (InSc), and the Young Scientist Award 2023 presented at the International Conference for Award Winners in Engineering, Science, and Medicine organized by INSO.

She has received special appreciation for exceptional performance in the Technical Communication and Writing training program conducted by IIT Bombay and she is a Certified Digital Content Writer.

Dr. Mrunmayee has actively participated in over 40 STTPs, FDPs, and workshops organized by IITs, national universities, and premier academic bodies and and academic peer reviewing for IEEE-sponsored conferences and Web of Science–indexed journals.

Her core interests lie in sustainable development, educational leadership, and ethical research practices.

Her skill set includes technical and academic writing, critical analysis, concept synthesis, strategic leadership with emotional intelligence, and teamwork.

She is deeply committed to advancing quality education, impactful research, and sustainability.
