Possess 10 years of food industry experience, majorly in ITC Ltd Foods Division. Later in late 2011 joined academics as Asst. professor of Food Microbiology in UAS Bangalore. Presently serving as Associate professor of Food Microbiology and Head, Division of Food Science and Technology , CoA, Hassan, UAS, Mandya. Research interest includes, probiotics, fermented food products, food safety and certification, bioactive peptides from fermented products and postbiotics.
