About
I am a doctoral researcher in the building materials research group, at Chalmers University of Technology, located at Gothenburg in Sweden. My research is based on experimentally examining sustainable cementitious alternatives to cement. More specifically, my focus lies on investigating the durability of calcined clays and bio-ashes for potential future industrial applications, and as replacements for clinkers. The goal is to contribute towards a low-carbon built environment, by reducing dependence on ordinary Portland cement (OPC) in the construction sector.
