Praveen Saxena is Founding Director of Tech Next Lab Pvt Ltd. He holds a PhD (EE), IIT BHU, India. He has vast experience in the development and modeling of different semiconductor process and device technologies including material growth & characterization and device applications. Praveen has several years of experience in academia & industry. Praveen has collaborated with leading Southeast Asian companies on the process and device modeling. Previously he worked as Southeast Asia Head at leading TCAD Company located at Singapore with HQ at USA. Praveen is recipient of several national & international awards. He has successfully delivered several software and hardware technologies to Indian Defense (DRDO) and Indian Space Agencies (ISRO). Praveen also has several reputed publications.
