About
Research pursuits of our group are presently focused on Biotransformation and Speciation of Selenium in Biological Systems. As a part of the on-going endeavours, the team along with its collaborators, both in India and abroad, is exploring biofortification and speciation of selenium in crops cultivated in seleniferous region of Punjab. The group is further focusing on bioactive properties of dietary selenium in terms of their anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory responses.
