Dr. C. Mallikarjuna brings a strong academic foundation in Library and Information Science, complemented by an MBA in HR, which gives him a unique perspective on managing library and information resources. He leverages his extensive knowledge and expertise to effectively help organisations achieve their goals.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mallikarjuna has worked with prestigious institutions such as IIT Hyderabad, IISc, the Secretariat Library (Govt. of Karnataka), ISEC, and the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology. He has led numerous projects on library automation, digital asset management, and implementing various LIS tools and software. He has successfully implemented systems like DSpace, Eprints, Koha, and e-granthalya across multiple institutions.

Dr. Mallikarjuna applies his knowledge in real-world scenarios, consistently delivering positive results and improving processes. His practical approach enhances operational efficiency and strengthens organisational outcomes. Dr. Mallikarjuna continues to drive success in the Library and Information Resource Management field with his dedication and commitment to excellence.
