About
I graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Kharagpur with a Ph.D degree in 2007. My research interests are in agricultural water management, irrigation hydrology and hydraulics, sediment and nutrients transport, cold region hydrology, nonpoint source pollution, biosolids and polymers. My current research activities include: 1) Conversion of manure fibers to commercial biosolid, 2) Mechanical, chemical and biological properties of biosolids for practical application, 3) Biosolids for precision agriculture, 4) Climate change effect on nutrient dynamics in cold regions, and 5) Cryopedotransfer functions for frozen soil hydraulic and erosion parameters. I have been working with researchers from universities and industries as well. I am one of the Editorial Board Members of the Journal of Water Resources and Protection.
