Dr Muralidhar L B is a professionally qualified dental surgeon. He holds a Ph.D. from Canara Bank School of Management Studies, Bangalore University, after his MBA from Christ University. He is qualified in management at UGC - NET and KSET. He has 18 years of total teaching experience spanning across dental education, healthcare management and general management and 4 years of corporate experience. He has worked as a research associate at the Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore, on a project entitled "Management By and For Common Man: An Exploration of the Concept and Direction for Future" post-Ph.D. He had secured 28th rank in the S.S.L.C. examination for Karnataka State in 1993. His 37 patents have been published, and two design patents have been granted. He has 44 research publications to his credit, of which 13 are Scopus-indexed , 5 are ABDC-indexed , 4 is indexed in Web of Science and 41 Scopus -indexed book chapters. He has co-authored 13 books. He is supervising the PhD research of 4 research scholars at JAIN ( Deemed to be University). He works as an assistant professor in the Department of Business Management Studies, School of Commerce, Jain Deemed to be a university student in Bangalore. His research interests include Innovation Management, Healthcare Innovations, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management and Management in Everyone
