About
Dr. P. K. Sahoo completed his Ph. D. in 2007 from IIT Kharagpur. He is presently working as an assistant professor in the department of Environmental Science and Technology, Central University of Punjab, Bathinda, India. Prior to this he has worked as a researcher at the Vale Institute of Technology and as a post-doctoral fellow at the Kunsan National University, South Korea. He has published more than 100 research papers in different journals. His area of specialization are acid mine drainage, sediment geochemistry, groundwater chemistry, uranium contamination, etc. His Scopus H-index is 32 and Google scholar H-index is 39. he has more than 2800 citations for his research work in Scopus and 3500 in Google Scholar.
