I am Dr.Vedpal singh is currently working in the Dept. of Pharmacognosy, ISFCP, Moga, Punjab. He has completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy in the year 2006 from Agra Public Pharmacy College (Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam University, Lucknow, UP) and Masters of Pharmacy (Pharmacognosy) in the year 2009, from JSS College of Pharmacy Rockland, Ooty, affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. PhD from JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, at present I am working on respiratory disease particularly on asthma and Assistant Professor in Pharmacy.
His research interest includes on the Desmodium species (Fabaceae) on molecular target to inhibit LO/LT (IL-4, IL-6, IL-13, 5LO) for antiasthmatic potential till date. He has published 30 researchand review article. 1 research patent published, 5 Design patent published and 5 Book chapters also published (Scopus, Pubmed, wos, Google scholar and SCI indexed journals).
Received a PhD Research Grant from JSSAHER during PhD tenure
Worked as a Project Assistant in bilateral project between India and Southafirca (JSSAHER & University of Pretoria) funded by DST, Republic of India and Southafrica.
Worked as SRF under ICMR, New Delhi. India
