Dr. A. Rajesh received B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Pondicherry University in 2005 and 2008 respectively. He received PhD degree in 2014 from the Department of Electronics Engineering, School of Engineering and Technology, Pondicherry University (A Central University). He has worked at Indian Telephone Industries (Govt. of India) from 2005 to 2006 and at Tata Consultancy Services from 2008 to 2009. He has worked as Associate Professor at the School of Electronics Engineering, VIT University, Vellore from 2014 to 2020. Presently he is working as Associate Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, SASTRA University, Thanjavur since 2021. He is a recipient of gold medal at PG level from Pondicherry University and Pondicherry Engineering College. He has been awarded Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE) fellowship under assured opportunity for research career (AORC) from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science and Technology (MST), Government of India. He is a senior member of IEEE, member of IETE, member of OSI and life member of ISTE. His current research interest is in the areas of LTE-A, mobile and vehicular ad-hoc networks, MIMO Antennas, Photonic Device Design, WLAN, Heterogeneous Networks, and Emerging Wireless Networks. He has been a reviewer of IEEE Communication Letters, Elsevier Journal of Computers and Electrical Engineering, Elsevier Journal of Network and Computer Applications, Springer Journal of Wireless Personal Communications and several IEEE conferences. He has been awarded “Certificate of Outstanding Contribution in Reviewing” by Elsevier in recognition of the contributions made to the quality of the journal. He has published around 103 papers in peer reviewed International Journals and International Conference Proceedings.
