Dr. Pawan Kumar Goel is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology and Adjunct Research Faculty at Lincoln University College. He completed his Post-Doctoral Research from National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology and earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering from Mewar University. With over 21 years of academic and research experience, his expertise includes artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing. He has published numerous Scopus-indexed papers, book chapters, and edited books with reputed international publishers including IGI Global Scientific Publishing and Bentham Science Publishers. Dr. Goel has also organized several IEEE conferences, AICTE-sponsored FDPs, and international academic events, and has received multiple awards for excellence in teaching and research.
