About
Dr. Mohammad Jane Alam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh, India. His research interests include density functional theory (DFT) calculations, molecular spectroscopy, π-conjugated molecules, nonlinear optical (NLO) properties, and charge-transport studies. His work integrates theoretical and experimental approaches to investigate the structural, spectral, electronic, optical, and nonlinear optical properties of molecular and coordination systems. He is also involved in spectroscopic research using techniques such as FTIR, Raman, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and nonlinear optical measurements.
