About
Dr. Rajeev Kumar completed his B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He has demonstrated academic excellence by qualifying the GATE examination three times and securing a prestigious AICTE scholarship for his postgraduate studies. Dr. Kumar earned his M.Tech in Electrical Power Systems from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST), Murthal, where he was the top performer in his dissertation work. He further advanced his academic career by obtaining a Ph.D. in Electrical Power Systems from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, in 2021.
Dr. Kumar is currently an Associate Professor in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at KIET Deemed to be University, Ghaziabad. His research interests encompass Power System Dynamics and Control, Soft Computing, Renewable Energy, Grid Integration, and Smart Microgrids. In recognition of his excellence in teaching and research, he was awarded the BEST TEACHER AWARD 2021 by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
He is also Runner-up for the AICTE-National Technical Teacher`s Awards (NTTA)-2022 at the National Level.
