About

My research explores how strategic organizational capabilities drive measurable performance, competitiveness, and sustainable growth in digital environments. It integrates digital transformation, talent and leadership development, analytical capabilities, and ESG-oriented sustainability within a coherent and applied research framework.

I examine how technology adoption, market orientation, and service innovation translate digital strategies into business outcomes. In parallel, my work on talent and leadership analyzes how empowerment, ethical leadership, and soft skills—such as resilience, teamwork, and communication—enhance organizational performance, employability, and adaptability in rapidly changing contexts.

Through international collaborations and industry-engaged research, I connect behavioral, strategic, and technological variables with performance metrics, contributing evidence-based insights for companies navigating digital and green transitions. My sustainability research extends toward ESG integration and SDG implementation, particularly in SMEs, aligning with European priorities on sustainable competitiveness and responsible innovation.

Overall, my research bridges academia and practice, generating transferable knowledge that supports organizations, policymakers, and educational institutions in building resilient, data-driven, and sustainable business ecosystems.
