Dr. Nagendra Singh

About

Dr. Nagendra Singh is currently working as an Assistant Professor at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida, India, in the Department of Applied Sciences (Maths). He has published 5 papers in international reputed journals with index as SCI, ESCI, and SCOPUS. He received his PhD degree in Mathematical Sciences from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. He has completed his Master's and Graduation from AMU, Aligarh.
He was also a recipient of Senior Research Fellowship from UGC, Government of India. He qualified for the prestigious national exam, CSIR UGC-JRF, with AIR-81 in June 2019. He also qualified for the national exams CSIR UGC-NET in 2017 and 2019, and IIT GATE (Mathematics) in 2018 & 2019.
He is the recipient of many scholarships throughout his career. He is the recipient of a Merit Scholarship from high school to post-graduation level.
His research areas and special interests include Variational Inequalities, Optimisation, Machine Learning, Convexity, and their Variants on Riemannian manifolds. His areas of teaching interest include Real Analysis, calculus, differential calculus, Complex Analysis, and Linear Algebra. He has presented many papers in National and International Conferences and published various research papers in journals of international repute.
