Dr Kanu Chakraborty is an Assistant Librarian at Shreenivas Deshpande Library, Indian Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application and a Master's degree in Computer Application also he has done Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Documentation Research and Training Centre (DRTC), Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Bangalore Centre, India, 2017. Presently pursuing a PhD from the Indira Gandhi National Open University, Main Campus, New Delhi. He has worked as visiting faculty at the Department of Library & Information science, University of Mumbai, Main Campus, Mumbai, India.
Besides the above academic activities, he participates in games, sports, and cultural programs. He enjoys playing Cricket, Badminton, and Football. He also enjoys watching both Hollywood and Bollywood movies. He loves to visit heritage places, meet people, and chat on various topics, from cultural aspects to academics.
