I am employed at Government Medical College Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh, India. I am an academician and a student of Public Health, with a keen interest in healthcare delivery systems and tuberculosis. As a faculty member of Community Medicine at Birsa Munda Government Medical College Shahdol, my focus lies in Public Health Data Science, Health System Research, and their applications in strengthening healthcare delivery systems. My expertise in these areas enables me to contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based policies and programs, aimed at improving population health outcomes and enhancing the overall functionality of healthcare systems. Industry Experience: During my time as a student at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, Wardha, Maharashtra, I gained valuable exposure to empowering communities and addressing their healthcare needs. Working as a Medical Officer in rural areas and implementing public health programs provided me with invaluable experience in understanding the distinct needs and challenges of rural populations, as well as developing effective strategies to address them. This firsthand experience granted me a deep understanding of the health requirements and operationally feasible solutions for implementing public health initiatives at the community level.
