About
Dr. Sanjay Pal is a cancer biologist specializing in biomaterials and immunotherapy. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Allahabad, India, and obtained his Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from the Regional Center for Biotechnology (RCB), India. His doctoral research focused on investigating the biomedical applications of low molecular weight hydrogels (LMWH), for the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases. Currently, Dr. Pal is a postdoctoral fellow in the Cancer Innovation Laboratory at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in Frederick, working under the mentorship of Dr. Matthew Wolf. His research explores the use of decellularized extracellular matrix (ECM) scaffolds in cancer vaccine immunotherapy.
