I've learned from experiential learning how crucial it is to recognize one's strengths and set oneself up for success in the workplace. I have a strong background in medicinal & computational chemistry, which includes molecular modeling, organic and heterogeneous reactions, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics. I work well under pressure and produce excellent scientific results while conveying challenging ideas. I am a successful independent researcher. I support my peers and colleagues in overcoming difficult scientific obstacles, encouraging creativity, and pursuing breakthroughs in the field. Molecular modeling, professional branding in science, and research findings presentation are among the tools and techniques I am skilled in. Creating connections in the scientific community is my passion. I have completed a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore, Karnataka, India. Association and encouraging researcher collaboration. In my opinion, I am creating a cooperative network. I am a devoted researcher with a deadline focus.
