Dr.Jarupula Somlal is presently working as a Professor in Department of EEE, K L Deemed to be University with over 23 years of teaching, research, and academic leadership experience in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Expertise includes Power Systems, Smart Grids, Renewable Energy, Microgrids, Power Quality, Intelligent Control, IoT, and AI applications in power systems. Successfully completed SERB-DST funded research, supervised six Ph.D. scholars, published extensively in SCIE/Scopus journals, secured patents, authored books, and served in major academic leadership positions as Head of Department, Associate Dean (Competitive Exams, Assistant Director (Examinations).
