About
I am a postdoctoral research fellow with Civil Engineering background (Geotechnical Engineering specialization). My doctoral thesis was based on advanced numerical analysis of free-fall penetration and bearing capacity problems in clay. I am currently working on the coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical response of soils.
My research interests also include
1) In situ soil investigation
2) Finite element analysis of geotechnical problems involving large deformation
3) Constitutive modeling and its implementation within finite element framework
4) Design of shallow and deep foundations
5) Reliability analysis of geotechnical design
