About
I am Dr Tukaram Khandade, I have been contributing to the Health and Education Sector’s development work for the last 15 years in India. My journey in the development sector started with local level and currently I am at national level. I deliberately curated my career progression through discharging duties for different functions, like started with program management shifted to monitoring and evaluation then research then innovation (blue sky thinking). During this I was adding value to the different domains of public health and education sectors.
I am extensively worked on Health System Strengthening, Adolescent Health, Sexual Reproductive Rights, Digital Health, Partnerships, Engagement, and Life Skills.
I was fortunate to work with hospitals run by government, private, faith based, trust based, public sector undertaking factory (Government/state run factories). I was able to work with education institutes like Medical Colleges, Engineering College, Schools, KGBV, Industrial Training Institutes, Nursing Schools, Aagnawadi Centers (government run pre-schools).
I am a result-oriented, analytical, observer, critical thinker, active listener. I can provide sound feedback, able to get the team bond better, drive people out of their comfort zone; make them achieve more. I am a lifelong learner, who values exposure over experience.
I have extensive work experience in Health and Education sector.
