Dr. Indrajit Pan

About

Indrajit Pan has obtained Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering with Honors from The University of Burdwan, Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Information Technology from Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur and Ph.D. in Engineering from Department of Information Technology, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur. He was the recipient of University Medal for his academic performance during Masters. Indrajit takes active interest in organizing International conferences, symposiums, seminars and faculty development programs at different capacities. He was the member of different such organizing committees and also served in the capacity of General chair, Organizing secretary and Program chair at multiple occasions. He has authored around one hundred research publications in different International journals, edited books and conference proceedings. Indrajit has coauthored five published research volumes with prestigious publishers like John Wiley, CRC Press, De Gruyter and IGI Global. In addition to these he has coauthored four International Conference proceedings with IEEE, USA and two International Symposium proceedings with Springer Nature. He served as guest editor in International Journal of Hybrid Intelligence for special issue on Hybrid computational intelligence in big data analytics and cloud computing. Indrajit is the Fellow of IETE, Senior Member of IEEE, USA, Senior Member of ACM, USA, Life Member of IE(I) and Life Member of CSI.
