As a dedicated researcher in the field of digital transformation, I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree with a focus on the intersection of industry 4.0, digital readiness, technology adoption, and industrial operations management. With a passion for exploring the transformative potential of emerging technologies, I strive to contribute to the understanding and advancement of digital transformation strategies.

Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a deep interest in the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and cloud computing, into traditional industrial processes. By investigating the challenges and opportunities associated with digitalization, my research aims to uncover practical solutions that enable SMEs to enhance their operational efficiency, agility, and competitiveness in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Driven by a desire to bridge the gap between academia and industry, I actively engage with various stakeholders, including SMEs, industry associations, and policymakers. Through collaborations and partnerships, I strive to develop practical frameworks, guidelines, and recommendations that facilitate the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives within the industrial ecosystem.

In addition to my Ph.D. pursuits, I have also gained valuable industry experience, working closely with SMEs to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. This hands-on experience has not only provided me with a holistic perspective but has also inspired me to develop innovative approaches to address the specific needs of these organizations.

I am committed to contributing to the scholarly community by disseminating my research findings through peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and workshops.
