About
Having done Ph.D. from the Department of Biochemistry Faculty of Life Scienes, Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh, I was engaged as Post Docotoral Research Associate funded by CSIR at Interdisciplinary Biotechnology Unit of the same University. Further I was awarded another Post Doctoral Fellowship by ICMR. After that I have joined as an Assistant Professor in the department of Biochemistry Faculty of Life Sciences Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh.During my Doctoral and Post Doctoral programme I was interested to know the basic mechanism behind protein misfolding and its prevention with the help of certain molecules like Polyphenols, Antibiotics, Flavonoids and nanoparticles etc. I was awarded Maulana Azad National Fellowship for Minority Students by UGC and I have qualified GATE (Life Scienes). So far I have published 38 International Publications and 1 book chapter.
