Navanit Kumar
Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, National Institute of Technology Srinagar
About
Navanit Kumar is currently working on the toughness behavior of automotive-grade advanced high-strength steels. He is enthusiastic about establishing the role of solidified microstructural features in the evolution of microstructure during thermo-mechanical processing and the resulting mechanical properties of duplex medium-Mn steels. He is currently investigating the role of Ni on austenite reversion in medium-Mn steels containing delta-ferrite. He is also experienced in kinetic simulation using ThermoCalc-DICTRA. He has authored and co-authored research articles where his work on kinetic simulation can be found.
