About
Dr. Santosh Kumar Gupta received the BE degree in Electronics and Communication
Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College Pauri (Garhwal); MTech degree in
Communication Engineering from IIT Bombay, and PhD degree from National Institute of
Technology Silchar. He has served as a faculty in Kumaon Engineering College (Now, Bipin
Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology), Dwarahat, and National Institute of Technology
Silchar, Assam.
At present he is serving as Associate Professor in the department of Electronics and
Communication Engineering of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad,
India. He has published more than 100 research articles including more than 50 SCI papers. His
research area includes modeling and simulation of nano-scale MOSFETs, TFETs, Graphene
based devices, and VLSI design.
