I hold a Ph.D. in Law along with LL.M. and B.A. LL.B degrees from Kurukshetra University. I also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Patents, Copyrights, and Cyber Law from the same university.
My scholarly interests revolve around Family Law and Environmental Law.
I have served as an Academiian to various prestigious institutions such as Symbiosis Law School Pune, Hexa Advisors, Delhi, Balaji Law College, Pune. Additionally, I have experience practicing as an Advocate at the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
I have research papers presented and published at National and International level on topics such as sustainable urban development, patient-doctor relationships in teleconsultation, telecommunication laws, prenuptial agreements, divorce laws, personal laws in India, and more.
I have successfully completed a project funded by national commission for Scheduled tribes, and have been actively involved in various academic and professional activities such as chairing sessions, organizing conferences, restructuring curricula, judging moot court competitions, and delivering lectures and presentations at national and international events. I have also participated in numerous training programs, seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs, both nationally and internationally.
