Soumyananda Dinda is currently Professor of Economics, Burdwan University. Previously, he taught at SKBU, Purulia; Chandragupt Institute of Management, Patna; Madras School of Economics; University of Bath, UK; SRF College, Beldanga, Murshidabad; he also taught as a Guest Lecturer in Presidency College, University of Calcutta. He was a Research Fellow at Indian Statistical Institute since 1997. He is
working on Development and Environmental Economics, green economics, climate change and clean technology, and social aspects.
