EDUCATION
Ph.D from Osmania University in Mechanical Engineering (Welding) in 2010.
Master of Technology in Industrial Metallurgy from NITW (RECW) Warangal India in 2001.
Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Kakatiya University, Warangal, Telangana, India in 1998.
Experience:
Presently working as a Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department at SR University, Ananthasagar, Warangal (A.P.) since Dec. 2005 to till date.
Worked as an Asst. Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department at Dr. V.R.K. College of Engineering & Technology, Jagtial, Karimnagar (A.P.) from Dec. 2000 to Nov. 2005.
Worked as a Supervisor at Rishidar Metal Equipments Company, Subash Nagar and Hyderabad for a period of 6 months from August 1998 to February 1999.

Research: Expertise in Materials and Manufacturing Technology encompasses a comprehensive understanding of the properties, behavior, and processing techniques of various materials, ranging from metals and alloys to polymers and composites. This expertise extends to proficiency in advanced manufacturing methodologies such as additive manufacturing, metal joining process, Injection Molding and Compression Molding Process.

Expertise:
Trained in smart materials (smart polymer composites) and nano materials designed for various applications.
Design and development of advanced polymer composites (CF-PEEK) for aerospace and defence applications
Design and development of electrical insulation materials and high damping capacity materials using ceramic filler reinforced with liquid silicone rubber

Achievements:
Selected as a Senior Science & Technology Leader in ESTIC - 2025 (Engineering, Science & Technology Innovation Conclave) program which is organized by the DST, Govt. Of India during Nov 3rd to 5th at Bharath Mandapam, New Delhi, India
Appointed as a Joint Secretary for the IIW - Hyderabad Chapter for the last two consecutive years (2024-25 and 2025-26)
Appointed as Executive Council member for the ISAMPE - Hyderabad Chapter (ASL-DRDO) for the current year 2025-26.
M4 Mechanical Fastener designed and developed with light weight materials and replace with Steels and exhibited in Aerospace Exhibition, DRDO - 2024 at Bangalore.
Two startups initiated in the campus and grants received from the TIDE and NIDHI SSS, Govt Of India from the successfully developed products.
Expert Talk in the “TechnoBiz Rubber Tech-Talk 2025”, international platform on the title of “Design and Development of High Performance Heat Shields using MGB - Reinforced Liquid Silicone Rubber during 4th October 2025.
Collaborative research development with industries and research institutes in India and Abroad.
Address the industry experts on the international platform of Tyre Tech Week -2026, during 10th - 12th Feb 2026, Chennai, India, Green Park Hotel.
