About
I am a national post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at IIT Delhi. I completed PhD at the Department of Civil Engineering at IIT Madras. I am interested in the earthquake-resistant design and detailing of RC structures. The PhD thesis, which I am working on, consists of three levels of studies, i.e., Material, Member and global.
1) Material: Concrete confinement under the presence of transverse reinforcements.
2) Member: Axial, Shear and flexural capacity of solid and hollow RC piers.
3) Global: Strength and deformation capacity of solid and hollow RC piers.
