Material Researcher, Post-Doctoral Fellow at National Physical Laboratory (NPL), National Taiwan University (NTU), Taipei, LG-Elite Company, South Korea. Dr. Varshney has rich experience of almost three decades in academics, research, and administration, actively engaged as member of Advisory Board, Screening Committee and Review Committee of startups of NewGen IEDC, Member of Screening Committee for Vishwakarma Rashtriya Puraskar, Ministry of Regional Labor Institute, Faridabad and mentoring startups of faculty and students. He is University Ambassador to AICTE-Ministry of Education for the implementation of National Innovation & Startup Policy (NISP) 2019.
Dr. Varshney did his Ph.D. from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University and received an award on “Technology Day”. His major credentials include 06 Patents Granted / Published /Filed (UK / USA / India), more than 100 Research Publications in Journals and Conference, 17 h-index and guided 7 Ph.D., 3 M. Phil., 2 MS students for their research work and many are working under him. His interest area includes Metal Air Batteries, Polymer Electrolytes, Antimicrobial nano-coatings and Sustainability issues to recover Lithium & Lead from batteries waste.
