About

Nilesh Bhaskarrao Bahadure acquired a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics Engineering from RCERT Chandrapur, Nagpur University in 2000 and a Master of Engineering (ME) in Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering from SSGMCE Shegaon, Amravati University in 2005. He has been awarded a Ph.D. in “Design of Image Analysis Algorithm for Brain Tumor Detection from MR Images” by KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar (NIRF:24, Listed in Institute of Eminence of Govt. of India).

He has more than 23 years of teaching experience. He started the teaching profession as a Lecturer at GH Raisoni Polytechnic in 2001 and then as an Assistant Professor at Bhilai Institute of Technology Durg in 2003 and served BIT Trust for 16 years, Sanjay Ghodawat University Kolhapur as a Professor, Symbiosis Institute of Technology Nagpur as a Associate Professor and Professor in CSE at GSFC University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India (a CSR initiative of the GSFC Limited, Government of Gujarat). Presently, he is working as a Principal and Professor (ETC), Aditya Engineering College, Beed, Maharashtra, Bharat.

He has published 13 books in reputed publications such as Prentice Hall of India (PHI), Pearson Publications, BPB, Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany, Notion Press (Online), and IK International Publishers. He has published 50+ research papers in various International and national conferences and journals indexed with SCI, SCIE, ESCI, Web of Science, and SCImago and listed in UGC-approved journals, and one copyright. He received a full travel grant for presenting his research article at an international conference in Bangkok, Thailand, from the Chhattisgarh Council of Science & Technology, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. He is also associated with the Advisory Board, Editorial Board Member, and Reviewer of various SCI, SCIE, and SCOPUS-indexed journals, and a technical program committee (TPC) member of various IEEE and Springer-approved conferences.

He has completed two research projects funded by the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Chhattisgarh Council of Science and Technology in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. He has guided more than 50 students for the UG dissertation and 8 students for the PG dissertation, and one student has been awarded a PhD.

Dr. Bahadure has worked as a HOD and Coordinator of ETC, EEE, and CSE for more than 10 years, as Dean of Research & Development, Sr. Hostel Warden, Sr. Exam Superintendent for 7 years, Professor in-charge for NBA and ISO, Principal In-charge and handled many more responsibilities in his career span of 23 years at BIT Durg, BIT Raipur, SGU Kolhapur, SIT Nagpur and GSFC University Vadodara.

He has organized more than 17 National-level STTP/workshops, 1 state-level and 1 international-level workshop, 1 National-level conference, and 1 international-level conference. Dr. Bahadure has been proactively involved with professional associations and associated with various professional bodies: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Life membership of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), the Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (IETE), Institution of Engineers (India), Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), Solar Energy Society of India (SESI), Indian Society for Remote Sensing (ISRS), and International Association of Engineers (IAENG).
