About

ABINASH GAYA was born in 1983 at Berhampur, Odisha, India and has obtained his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Berhampur University in 2006 and Master of Technology in Electronics Information System from Berhampur University in 2012. He has received his PhD at Wireless Communication Center (WCC) under School of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor Bahru, Malaysia. His research interest includes Dielectric Resonator Antennas, 5G Millimeter wave Antennas, Metasurfaces, Phased Array Antennas, Millimeter wave propagation and 5G small cells. He has published more than 30 research articles in reputed indexed journals and conference proceedings. He has received Best Paper Awards in IEEE Icon EEI 2018, Indonesia and Malaysia -Japan Workshop on Radio Technology held in 2019, Malaysia. He is a reviewer of IEEE Access, SN Applied Sciences Journal, Sensors, Electronics, Computers Materials and Continua, ACS applied materials & interfaces, Materials. He is a senior member in IEEE and IEEE APS (Antenna Propagation Society) under Malaysia Chapter.
