About
Dr. Samir Patel is a professor in Pharmacy in the Ramanbhai Patel College of Pharmacy, a constituent institute of Charotar University of Science and Technology. He holds a Ph. D. from The M. S. University of Baroda and M. Pharm. from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with Distinction (Gold Medal) . Dr. Patel hold a Bechlore of Law and Legislation (L.L.B. with 36th rank from 50656 students from Gujarat University) from Gujarat University and P.G. Diploma in Patent Law from NALSAR University of Law from Hyderabad. The teaching of Dr. Patel focuses on the courses on Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Analysis B. Pharm. and M. Pharm. programs. He is acting as supervisor for Student Research Projects, reading to M. Pharm. (Quality Assurance) and Ph. D. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Analysis and Pharmaceutics) degrees. He has more than 35 research articles in journals. He is a Life Member of the Association of Pharmacy Teachers of India (APTI), Indian Council of Chemist (ICC), Member of American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) and Society of Ethnopharmacology (ICE).
