About
International scholar, educator, and founder with sixteen years of experience across health professions education, AI integration, digital health innovation, and research development, working across Qatar, the UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, Cameroon, and North America. I hold doctoral degrees in Health Professions Education and Physiotherapy, with a focus on designing scalable learning systems, AI-enabled research infrastructure, and healthcare education models.
As Vice Dean, Associate Director of Research, and Head of Department, I built faculty mentoring systems and publication pipelines that improved research output and postgraduate completion rates. I led PhyCARE, an international reporting guideline published in BMJ Open and listed on the EQUATOR Network, and currently lead the TEACH project in health professions education research. As an International FAIMER Fellow and founder of early-stage research and AI-health ventures, my work centres on generative AI in education, evidence synthesis, and building rigorous, adaptable learning and research ecosystems.
