About
Dr. Sabyasachi Bandyopadhyay is a PhD in Chemistry and having more than 10 years of post-PhD experience in Chromatography, Mass Spectroscopy, and Proteomics. He is well-versed in conducting both the un-targeted and targeted LC-MS/MS based proteomics for biomarker identification and validation.
Dr. Bandyopadhyay is currently working as a Scientist at AIIMS, New Delhi, India and pursuing research on protein mass spectroscopy. The primary objective of his research is to investigate differential protein regulation to identify potential biomarker candidates for communicable and non-communicable diseases. His current research focuses on identifying protein biomarkers in patients with burn-induced sepsis, oral squamous cell carcinoma, metabolic syndrome, and viral infections associated with organ comorbidities.
