Dr. Prabir Kumar Mukherjee , currently an Associate Professor of Physics, Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology, Sermapore, India. He did his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Calcutta, India in 1996 and D.Sc. in Physics from Berhampur University, India in 2017. He was an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow, Germany. The field of his research interest is Liquid Crystals, Rotator Phases, Superconductivity, Nanoscience, Ferrofluids and Biophysics. He has published 148 research papers in peer reviewed journals. He is the reviewer of 35 peer reviewed journals.
