About
More than 17 year hands on research and development (R&D) experience in designing, synthesis, purification, characterizations and development of highly efficient luminescent materials for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) application. Development of novel materials based on new core-ligands, π-conjugated moieties and polymers for OLEDs device application. Expert in multi-step luminescent organometallic complexes synthesis and techniques including handling of air, moisture and photo-sensitive reactions, organometallic reagents and routine organic transformations from milligram to multi-gram scale. Experience in the working and interpreting spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis for the elucidation of the structures of various chemical compounds. Expert in fabrication of highly efficient OLEDs devices using different thin-film formation methods and their electrical and optical characterizations. My long-term research interests are studying the structure-property relationships to improve the performances and efficiencies of OLEDs for full color displays.
