Ravinesh Mishra is a distinguished academic and researcher with a wealth of experience spanning more than 18 years in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. Currently serving as the Dean at the School of Pharmacy and Emerging Sciences, Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology, India, he is known for his expertise in the design, synthesis, pharmacological, and toxicological screening of synthetic compounds.
Dr. Mishra holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, a leading institution in pharmacy education in India. His Master of Pharmacy degree was obtained from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, where he conducted significant research on impurities found in bulk drugs.
Throughout his career, he has conducted extensive research into various pharmacological activities, including anti-cancer, anti-hypertensive, and CNS effects of synthesized compounds, alongside comprehensive toxicological studies to ensure safety. His research has resulted in numerous publications in high-impact journals and presentations at international conferences.
Dr. Mishra's accomplishments include securing ten patents, including one US patent, and successfully completing a CSR industry project valued at 3 crores. He has been recognized with awards such as the Young Research Scientist Award from the Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), Government of India, and has received prestigious fellowships and grants from organizations like the University Grants Commission (UGC).
As an invited speaker and visiting researcher abroad, Dr. Mishra continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of pharmaceutical sciences, particularly in the fields of impurity profiling, general toxicology of synthetic compounds, and medicinal chemistry. His dedication to research, combined with his leadership in academia, underscores his impact and influence in the pharmaceutical community globally.
