Navish Kataria has worked as an Assistant professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences, J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, India, since January 2020. He completed his Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology in 2018. He was awarded the UGC-JRF and UGC-SRF by UGC, New Delhi. He was awarded Dr. DS Kothari Post-Doctorate Fellowship in 2019 by UGC, New Delhi. He has recently received a UGC start-up Grant of Rs. 10 lakhs for research work. He has published over 60 research articles in high-impact international journals and 14 book chapters (in Elsevier, CRC Press, and RSC books). He has published 04 books (03 CRC Press and 01 Springer book) and 01 edited CRC Press book in progress. He has also served as managing guest editor of the reputed journal Environmental Science and Pollution Research (Springer Journal) and published 01 editorial. He serves as Review Editor of Frontiers in Environmental Chemistry (Section: Sorption Technologies) and reviewer in other reputed journals, including Elsevier, Springer, Taylor and Francis, Wiley, RCS, MPDI, and De Gruyter. His major research interests are Pollution monitoring and remediation, environmental nanotechnology, Green and sustainable nanomaterials, Water/wastewater treatment technologies, Emerging contaminant removals, adsorption, microplastic pollution, and bio-waste management
