Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics, 19.1 Yr.+ of experience in teaching both undergraduate & post graduate level with research and continuing & 1 yr. experience at the industry level. 3.5 yr. of experience in administrative work as a Vice-Principal. Coordinated and participated in NBA/QCI modules at the institutional level. Served as a Training-Placement Coordinator for the last 9 years and also associated with various academic & administrative committees at the institute & university level, and also acted as a P.C.I Inspector & Q.C.I Assessor. Act as a Principal Investigator (P.I) for a grant by Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), Govt. of India in Seminar /Symposia Scheme. Also applying in DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization), Govt. of India for Conference Grant. Supervised around 25 M.Pharm projects & 1 PhD scholar registered & 2 PhD scholars enrolled. Achieved & published 3 Indian Patents and 1 patent granted for 20 years by the Government of India from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Published over 37 articles in peer-reviewed International Journals, and 5 book chapters have been published & 3 book chapters (Communicated) in various prestigious publishing houses. Served as an Editorial Board Member and Reviewer for various international and national-level journals. Acted as Conveners/ Joint Conveners/Organising Secretary/Committee Members for various International Seminars/National Seminars/Webinars/ Health Camp College Programs, etc., at the institutional level. Acted as a Question setter/Moderator/External Examiner for various Universities/Colleges. Conducted Industrial excursions program as a Group Leader/Coordinator. Act as a member of various committees, such as the Admission Committee, Student Welfare, Games, Sports, and Cultural activities, like the fresher's programme, annual function, etc. Also participated as a college representative in various counselling programmes for student admissions. Participated in outreach events at various prestigious institutions and universities.
