About

Dr. Dinesha H. A. is a young visionary academician and entrepreneur who is serving
the society through research, innovation and knowledge sharing in the field
of Engineering and Technology. He has founded a IT industry named
Cybersena (R&D) India Private Limited, India which is into Cybersecurity and forensic investigations. He is
also serving SGBIT, Belagavi, India as Associate Professor and HOD Computer Science and Engineering. He
has completed his Ph.D. on Cloud Computing Security, M.Tech in Software Engineering, B.E. and Diploma
in the fields of Computer Science and Engineering. He is a certified trainer in CCNA, Virtualization
Technology, MATLAB and Cyber Security etc. He has attended and conducted many national and
international workshops and programs on cutting-edge technologies. He has various national and international
professional memberships such as The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Institution of
Engineers, Indian Society for Technical Education, International Association of Computer Science and
Information Technology, Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors, International Association of Engineers
and Scientists and European Alliance for Innovation etc. He has served Indian Government Defence Research
and Development Organization (DRDO), excelled in data centre, networking, and cyber security technologies.
He has been recognised for his successful deployment and operations of multiple defence technologies with
respect to Datacentre, Server Virtualizations, UTM Firewall, Email and Webserver in DMZ etc. He is
recognised academician for his service in many reputed engineering institutes of India such as PES University,
Bangalore University and Jain Group of Institutions. He has also excelled in virtualization technologies during
his tenure at VMware (R&D) India Private Limited.
He has published more than 50+ research articles in national and international research platforms. He
has more than 5 patents for his innovation work. He also filed one Australian patent on “Automated Location
Identification System Using Text and Image Data”. He is currently guiding five Ph.D scholars and one got
completed his research on cloud forensic. He has also guided 15+ P.G and 50+ U.G students’ projects in the
different domain of Computer Science and Engineering. Few of them solved the live problems of Ministry of
Railway, Ministry of Food processing, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (GOI) and Ministry of Defense
govt. of india. He has contributed as a member of Management Information System and Information
Technology Team for COVID-19, Belagavi, India. He has been serving as a key member of Media
Certification and Monitoring Committee for India in Central and State Elections for Social Media Monitoring.
He has also evaluated technical panel as a member of Technical Evaluation Committee for India Belagavi
Smart City. He has been consultant for cyber forensic investigation against cyber frauds from various
organisations. He has conducted several awareness sessions on cyber security technologies in heterogeneous
institutes across different states of India - Karnataka, Maharashtra and Goa. He has also worked on many
innovative projects in various R&D in Pune and Bangalore of India. As a recognition, he has received many
awards such as Global Teaching Excellence Award, Best paper publications Awards, InSc Young Achiever
and Best researcher award. He has been recognised for his various works in the field of Computer Science,
Information Technology and Cyber Security. He has also been recognised for his research in the field of Cyber
Defence, Cybercrime Investigation, Cyber Forensics, Ancient Defence and Data Science Technologies. He
