About

Dr. Sulagna Das is a Professor at Techno India University, Kolkata, with over 19 years of experience in academia and industry. Her research interests include banking, microfinance, digital finance, blockchain and finance, cybersecurity in the financial sector, marketing, and women’s empowerment. She holds an MBA and a Ph.D. from the KIIT School of Management, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Das has published extensively in national and international peer-reviewed, Web of Science, and UGC CARE and Scopus-indexed journals and has presented her research at conferences organized by premier institutions, including the IIMs and IITs.
In addition, she holds nine patents & twelve copyrights in her areas of research interest. She has authored one book & edited six books, published by different National & International Publishers. She has received several Best Paper Awards and other recognitions for her contributions to research and academia. Dr. Das has successfully guided two doctoral scholars to completion and currently supervises two Ph.D. candidates. She serves as a reviewer for leading Scopus-indexed and ABDC-A-ranked journals published by Springer, Emerald, Taylor & Francis, Bentham Science, and IGI Global. She is also an external thesis evaluator for foreign universities and central universities in India. Her academic contributions reflect a strong commitment to advancing research in finance, management, and sustainable development.
