Dr. Khandelwal is a published author and has a doctorate in management. In 2016, she won the first prize in the AIMS-IRMA Doctoral Student Paper Competition at MICA, Ahmedabad. She has sixteen years of experience in academics and research. She is interested in sales training, artificial intelligence, virtual HRD, augmented reality, and HR technology. She has authored the book "AI Revolution in HRM: The New Scorecard" by Sage Publication.
