Manoj Kumar Debnath was born in India. He received his B.Tech. degree from Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Odisha, India in 2007 and M.Tech. degree in power system in 2013 and Ph.D. in 2017 from Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan university, Odisha, India. Presently, he is working as Associate Professor at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Odisha, India. He has 15 years of teaching and research experience. His research interest includes the application of artificial intelligence and soft computing in power system control.
