is working as a Professor of Chemistry in the faculty of Science of Dr. C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur, C.G. with 18 years of academic, research & administrative experiences and currently designated as the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the Institution with an additional responsibility of leadership as a Director of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to step up various quality initiatives. Previously, she also successfully carried out her role as the Head of the Department of chemistry in the faculty of science for 4 years and also as the institutional & zonal cultural coordinator of AIU (Association of Universities) for 2 years. She Published total 42 Research Papers in various national & international Journals of repute with several in Elsevier-Scopus & SCI-Publication database with suitable citations. She has been felicitated with 12 National & International awards of repute by various prestigious institutions & organizations across the country and abroad. She has been also recognized as the 100 eminent academicians of India:2021 & has been felicitated by the AICTE-Teachers’-Excellence Award by Chairman AICTE, Govt. of India, Prof. Shri Anil Sahasrabuddhe ji & the Hon’ble Union Cabinet Minister of State, Ministry of Education, Dr. Subhash Sarkar & Shri S.P. Singh Baghel at Constitution-Club of India, New-Delhi for her exemplary contributions in the field of Education and Chemical Sciences. She received the International Award of Outstanding Chemistry-Researcher-2018 in Chandigarh, Received Education Icon Awards-2019 at New Delhi, Achieved Global Education-Award by Chief Minister of C.G. for Excellence in Research at Raipur; Maulana Abul Kalam Azaad Excellence Award of Education-2020, Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan Best Teacher Award-2021, received “Prithvi: Women Climate Warrior Award” 2021 & also Awarded with Best Pharma-Chemistry-Teacher Award-2021 for her dedication & contribution towards chemistry teaching profession. She is the Editorial Board Member, Advisory Board Member & Expert Reviewer in the several National & International Journals of repute and also recognized with certificate of excellence by the Science Domain International for quality improvement of the Journal. She is also having the practical experience of handling many analytical instruments and apparatus of PG & Research laboratories. She has successfully guided & supervised more than 25 PG-projects, 10 M.Phil Dissertations and 5 Ph.D’s awarded & 5 ongoing Ph.D Scholars under her supervision. She has contributed in 12 edited books & chapters & authored 6 Books of National & international publishers & having 10 Conference proceedings. She has published 5 National & International Patents including 1 innovation patent granted. She has participated thrice in Annual Convention of Chemists organized by ICS, Kolkata. She has attended, participated and Presented Papers in more than 118 Conferences, Symposia, Colloquiums, Seminars and Workshops of National & International level. She has attended a number of training programs such as 15 FDP’s, 5 AICTE-TTP (teachers training program), STTP (short-term training programs) HRDC-STC (Short-term Course), HRDC-ASC-Refresher Courses, PMMMNMTT Orientation Programs etc. She has been Invited as a resource person/keynote speaker in many national events and delivered the plenary-session talks. She has organized and conducted conferences, workshops, symposia, seminars, FDP’s as an organising secretary, coordinator, convener and mentor of the programs. She is having content creation efficiency including uploads of some Audio-Video lectures with significant subscribers. She is the member of more than 30 National & international professional bodies and societies of repute viz.
